Alan K. and Jennifer M. Rashid sold a three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home at 803 Progress Court, in Newport News, to Terrance D. and Tawana N. Smiley for $276,000 on Sept. 29.

The 2,440-square-foot, two-story home last sold for $329,900 in May 2006. It is located in the Westgate condo development.
